Over a decade ago, a man named Alfred A. Arman approached the reception table for his 12pm reservation. After being seated, he requested the waitress bring him an refreshing cocktail with his meal. After word began to spread of his unique timing of breakfast with a cocktail, Opal's began serving a weekly brunch service. The creation of the Opal's Cocktail Brunch was born and served as the only full cocktail brunch in Seattle for years to come.

The long standing tradition created by Mr. Alfred A. Arman, still lives today and is celebrated every Sunday. Although others hav repeatedly tried to reproduce this classic Opal experience, critics and customers alike can all agree that Opal's Cocktail Brunch remains the most celebrated dining experience in Seattle!
